Founded in 2014 by Marcisco Morrison—a Jamaican native, former New Jersey City University college athlete, and a professional basketball player—Four Fitness has weathered every storm, still learning from every mistake, with the intention of rising to the top of the fitness world in the Tri-State region. YES, I am aware it's ambitious of me but that's what got to where I was. Today stood tall and will continue to be Jersey City cornerstone.
